Company Overview:

Bravo Communications Services LLC is leading the Identity Credential Access Management Next Gen Single Sign On (ICAM NG SSO) program for the Department of Veterans Affairs. This program aims to modernize the VA's Single Sign-On (SSO) technology to enhance security, user experience, and operational efficiency.

The Infrastructure Product Manager will be responsible for managing the infrastructure components of the ICAM NG SSO program. This role involves overseeing the deployment and maintenance of infrastructure solutions, ensuring they meet the program's requirements and standards.

• Manage the deployment and maintenance of infrastructure solutions.
• Ensure infrastructure solutions meet program requirements and standards.
• Coordinate with technical teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and address any issues.
• Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure solutions.
• Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts.
• Conduct regular infrastructure assessments.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the team.

• Proven experience in infrastructure management.
• Strong understanding of SSO technologies and infrastructure solutions.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with cloud-based infrastructure solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of network and server management.
• Experience in disaster recovery planning.
• Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring tools.

• Experience working with federal agencies.
• Knowledge of VA systems and processes.
• Certification in cloud infrastructure management.
