Company Overview:

Bravo Communications Services LLC is leading the Identity Credential Access Management Next Gen Single Sign On (ICAM NG SSO) program for the Department of Veterans Affairs. This program aims to modernize the VA's Single Sign-On (SSO) technology to enhance security, user experience, and operational efficiency.

The Program Manager will oversee the ICAM NG SSO program, ensuring successful implementation and integration of modern SSO solutions. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, managing project timelines, and ensuring compliance with federal security standards.

• Oversee the entire ICAM NG SSO program lifecycle.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including VA leadership and technical teams.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Ensure compliance with federal security standards and regulations.
• Monitor and report on project progress and performance.
• Develop and maintain project documentation.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular project status meetings.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.

• Proven experience in program management.
• Strong understanding of SSO technologies and federal security standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with agile project management methodologies.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Experience working with federal agencies.
• PMP or similar certification.
