700Apps is seeking an experienced Integration Team Lead with expertise in WebMethods to drive our integration initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will take the helm in designing and implementing robust integration solutions that enhance our business functionality and support operational excellence. Your leadership is crucial for building an effective integration team and fostering a culture of innovation.

Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and empower a team of integration engineers, focusing on WebMethods integration solutions.
Design and implement complex integration strategies, ensuring seamless connectivity between our internal systems and third-party applications.
Oversee integration testing phases to guarantee system reliability and performance.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes, including specifications and troubleshooting guidelines.
Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements and ensure alignment on integration strategies.
Stay updated with emerging trends in integration technologies, particularly in WebMethods, to continuously improve our integration framework.
Effectively manage project timelines, address risks, and resolve issues throughout the integration lifecycle.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or relevant field.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in integration engineering with at least 3 years focusing on WebMethods.
Strong knowledge of API development, including REST and SOAP services.
Proficiency in WebMethods suite (Integration Server, Designer, and Universal Messaging).
Experience with programming languages like Java, Python, or C#.
Demonstrated ability to manage projects and lead effectively within a team setting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with acute attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
Experience with Agile methodologies and practices.
