We are seeking a talented and passionate Mid-Level Contract Product Designer to join our team and contribute to the evolution of our veterinary practice management platform. You will play a key role in designing user-centered solutions that address the unique needs of veterinary professionals. Responsibilities:

Leading with Your Head

As a Mid-Level Product Designer at Vetspire, you'll bring your expertise and analytical skills to the forefront, playing a critical role in shaping the user experience of our platform. You'll be responsible for:

Collaborating with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive and engaging user experiences
Conducting user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and validate design decisions

Leading With Your Hands

Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize and communicate design concepts
Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency with Vetspire's design system and brand guidelines
Iterate on designs based on user feedback and data analysis
Present design work to stakeholders and effectively communicate design rationale
Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and best practices
Contribute to the ongoing development and maintenance of Vetspire's design system

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in product design, UX design, or a related field
A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions for web and mobile applications
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma (our primary tool)
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
Experience conducting user research and usability testing
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience designing for SaaS products
