Your Role:

As a Freelance Product Designer at Hadrian, you will play a crucial role in developing the UX and UI of our cybersecurity platform. Working closely with the product and engineering teams, you will ensure that users have an intuitive and engaging experience, designing flows and interfaces that align with our design system and business goals. This is a great opportunity for a freelancer who enjoys solving complex design challenges and working in a highly technical space.

What you will do as a Freelance Product Designer:

• Design Flowcharts: Map out clear, user-friendly flows to ensure seamless access to information.
• Create Low-Fidelity Wireframes: Develop structured wireframes that outline key layouts and design elements.
• High-Fidelity Page and Flow Designs: Produce polished UI designs using our design system, Structor.
• Prototype and Iterate: Create interactive prototypes to test and refine user journeys.
• Balance User Needs, Business Goals, and Technical Feasibility: Ensure designs are practical and impactful.
• Work Closely with Product Managers, Developers, and UI Designers: Align the design vision with product strategy and technical implementation.
• Communicate Design Decisions Clearly: Articulate your rationale effectively to stakeholders.

You are fit for this job because you:

• Have 3+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design.
• Are proficient in Figma, product design principles, design systems, and prototyping (non-negotiable).
• Can document and structure your design work in a clear, organised way.
• Have a strong ability to articulate design choices and their impact.
• Work in a methodical and structured manner, ensuring designs are clean and scalable.

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience working in cybersecurity or other highly technical industries.
• Worked in an design agency or as part of a large design team.
• A strong understanding of brand guidelines and how to apply them effectively.
• A background in digital design studies.
• Skills in motion design, illustrations, or 3D.
• Basic coding experience to improve interactive elements.
