Job Title: Project Management Assistant - Lead Generation Specialist
Location:
Remote (PST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 2000 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (PST)

Position Overview:

Were seeking a Project Management Assistant with expertise in lead generation and automation tools to support our team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and proactive in optimizing workflows. You will work closely with the Project Manager to implement lead generation campaigns, manage automation workflows, and enhance processes using AI-powered solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support lead generation campaign setup and monitoring across client accounts
  • Help maintain and optimize workflow automation systems
  • Track campaign metrics and prepare client performance reports
  • Document processes and create standardized operating procedures
  • Collaborate with team members and clients across time zones
  • Experiment with and implement new AI tools and automation solutions


Required Qualifications:

  • Located in the Americas (for time zone alignment)
  • English proficiency
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace
  • Enthusiasm for learning new technologies
  • Reliable internet connection


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in a digital marketing agency or lead generation
  • Familiarity with CRM and automation tools (Salesforce, GHL, Zapier, Make.com)
  • Experience with project management platforms (Airtable, Notion)
  • Basic knowledge of marketing analytics
