Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven SaaS Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for driving sales by performing product demos, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals with both marketing agencies and home service contractors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS sales, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for helping businesses optimize their operations through innovative technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct virtual product demonstrations showcasing the features and benefits of PhoneTAP to marketing agencies and home service contractors.
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in the home service and marketing industries.
Understand client needs and tailor product presentations to address their unique challenges and goals.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback on customer needs and help refine product offerings.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to effectively position PhoneTAP in the market.
2+ years of experience in SaaS sales or a similar role, preferably within the home services or marketing sectors.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
Knowledge of the home services industry (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) is a plus.
