Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:
  • 20 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday, 10am - 2 pm Sydney, AU

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing & Communications Manager to drive engagement through compelling content, strategic communication, and impactful design.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Email Marketing & Newsletters:
    • Write, design, and send engaging newsletters to existing clients, highlighting weekly feature updates and upcoming major releases to build anticipation and drive engagement.
  • Knowledge Base & Client Resources:
    • Create and update knowledge base content to ensure clients have access to clear, up-to-date, and helpful resources.
  • Social Media & Content Creation:
    • Develop compelling content for LinkedIn and other social media platforms to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
  • Graphic & Digital Design:
    • Utilize design tools to create high-quality digital assets, including LinkedIn banners, email templates (Mailchimp), brochures, flyers, and marketing materials for conferences.
  • Product Visualization & AI Integration:
    • Design GIFs and other visual content to simplify complex software functionalities for better user understanding.
    • Stay curious and proactive in leveraging AI tools to enhance content creation and marketing efforts.
Key Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of strong digital marketing experience, preferably in the health sector (APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT PORTFOLIOS)
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to craft engaging content for different platforms.
  • Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) for creating digital assets.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp.
  • Ability to distill technical information into clear, concise, and engaging content.
  • A creative, strategic mindset with a keen interest in AI-powered marketing tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
