This is a remote position.

Full-Time
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
Shift: 8am - 5pm Baltimore, MD Time


About the Company
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Bookkeeper to join our healthcare servicing team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring the smooth operation of financial activities. Job Description: 
  • Accurately record daily financial transactions and complete the posting process.
  • Generate, send, and follow up on invoices.
  • Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
  • Maintain up-to-date and systematic financial records.
  • Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll efficiently.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team for audits and financial reviews.
  • Stay updated with financial policies, regulations, and legislation.

  • Proven bookkeeping experience with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and procedures.
