Job Overview


We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive AU LMS Data Entry Assistant to join our team. This role will support the efficient creation, upload, and maintenance of courses within our Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring quality standards are met and the end-user experience is optimized. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, contribute to process improvements, and be part of a collaborative team.


Job Description

As an LMS Data Entry Assistant, your main responsibilities will include:
  • Course Setup & Uploads: Assist with unit creation and course uploads for both new and existing streams within the LMS, adhering to the correct formats and style guide requirements.
  • Quality Assurance (QA): Ensure quality control guidelines are followed when performing QA checks to ensure accuracy and consistency across all course materials.
  • Process Improvement: Suggest and implement ideas to enhance the end-user experience and improve workflow processes.
  • Assessment Documentation: Help transfer assessment documentation into Moodle, ensuring smooth integration and alignment with course content.
General Administration:
  • Workload Management: Effectively manage your workload to meet deadlines and prioritize urgent tasks.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and proactive communication with internal teams to ensure alignment and timely updates.
  • Tracking & Reporting: Track and update progress using spreadsheets and tracking boards.
  • Process Documentation: Keep process and procedure documents updated with any new implementations or improvements.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Perform other related duties as directed by the Operations Manager, Software Engineer, or LMS Administrator.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in an LMS Data Entry position in the RTO industry.
  • Experience working for an Australian Client/Business is required.
  • Strong process and procedure focus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Effective cross-cultural communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and high-quality work
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt and acquire new skills
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet targets
  • Experience with Moodle or other Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint
  • Exposure to CRM systems
  • Experience with ticket management systems
  • Data management experience
