We are looking for an Onboarding and Quality Control Specialist who will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless and engaging onboarding experience for our clients while also maintaining high-quality standards. This position is designed to take ownership of the client setup process, working directly with customers to guide them through the necessary steps, providing support, and ensure quality control measures are met from the start. The specialist will play an active role in refining both onboarding procedures and quality assurance to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
JOB DESCRIPTION FOR ONBOARDING AND QUALITY CONTROL SPECIALIST
Your Responsibilities as Onboarding and Quality Control Specialist would be:
• Lead the client onboarding process, ensuring each new client is set up efficiently and comfortably.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during onboarding, answering questions and addressing concerns.
• Guide clients through technical setup steps, ensuring they understand the process and best practices.
• Enhance and optimize onboarding workflows, identifying areas for improvement.
• Maintain client engagement and satisfaction, ensuring a positive experience from the start.
• Work closely with internal teams, including LinkedIn outreach specialists, to ensure smooth transitions.
• Assist in documenting onboarding processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Provide feedback and insights on client onboarding experiences to drive continuous improvements.
• Over time, contribute to quality control measures, ensuring high service standards.
Qualifications as Onboarding and Quality Control Specialist:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in onboarding, account management, customer success, or a similar role.
• Exceptional communication skills, able to build rapport and engage with clients in a structured and personable way.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to refining processes.
• Experience using LinkedIn (Sales Navigator, Recruiter Lite, Recruiter) is desirable but not required.
• Experience using Calendly and other scheduling tools is desirable but not required.
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
• Ability to analyze client feedback and onboarding success metrics.
• Comfortable working in a fast-growing, dynamic environment, willing to take on new responsibilities as the company scales.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment, ensuring continuous improvement and efficiency.
• Positive and confident in order to reassure and nurture clients through the onboarding process and future experience.
• Background in level 1 or level 2 tech support is beneficial if paired with excellent communication skills.
