We are seeking a Senior KAM to join our team!


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute revenue growth strategies aligned with goals and objectives
  • Develop and manage accurate forecasts, tracking revenue performance against targets 
  • Serve as the primary contact for key clients, fostering long-term relationships and trust
  • Develop SEO strategies for DMO sites - Research, Content Strategy for DMOs 
  • Communicate regularly with DMO partners and their agencies to align strategies and goals
  • Competitor and market research for revenue growth strategies
  • Navigate client concerns, resolve issues, and hop in support questions as needed
  • Provide regular reports to senior leadership on performance metrics, growth opportunities, and optimization initiatives

Requirements

  • Time Management, Project Management, and Organizational Skills
  • Knowledge of the DMO space as well as dealing directly with DMOs
  • Industry Knowledge (including Destination Marketing Organisations) and Technical Proficiency
  • Communication and Problem Solving Skills
  • Crisis Management and Conflict Resolution
  • Account Management and Relationship Building
  • Experience with CRMs: Hubspot, Salesforce
  • Editing/Proofreading
  • Design Skills: Photoshop, Canva, Lightroom, Stripo
  • Data & Analytical Skills: GA4, Ahrefs, Moz, SEMRush
