We are seeking a senior-level React developer with a strong focus on frontend development to join our high-growth fintech startup focused on the financial markets industry. As a member of our development team, you will work closely with the company's management team and play a significant role in scaling BridgeWise. Technical Requirements:

Responsibilities:

Design and build high-performance, responsive user interfaces capable of reaching millions of daily users
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and analysts to understand user needs and build a product that meets those needs
Develop and execute short and long-term roadmaps, balancing business impact, user experience, and technical excellence
Mentor and support fellow engineers through code reviews, feedback, and continuous improvement of internal tools and processes.

Requirements

Overall - 5+ years in development
Expertise in React *- 5+ years and its ecosystem, including Redux and React Router
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and related technologies such as ES6/ES7, TypeScript
In-depth knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development best practices, including responsive design and accessibility
Familiarity with front-end build tools and package managers such as Vite, esBuild and yarn
Experience with server-side rendering Next.js and Node.js
Experience with unit testing Jest \, React Testing Library \
Familiarity with Monorepo Architecture (Yarn Workspaces)
Familiarity with Tailwind CSS
Knowledge of Git and agile development methodologies
Experience with clouds - 3+ years
