For the further expansion, argenx is looking for a Head of HR Developed Markets (DM) & Germany.
The argenx DM & Germany team covers all functions relevant for the successful commercial roll-out of the company’s assets in the region and our commitment to improving the lives of patients. This includes – but is not limited to - commercial, medical affairs, market access and patient advocacy activities.
Reporting to the Head of the HR Commercialization community, the primary role of the Head of HR DM & Germany will be to support the DM Leadership Team and their organizations on all people and talent related topics and to contribute to the strategic build-out of the organization in the argenx Way. The Head of HR DM & Germany will work in close collaboration with the global HR organization - including the global compensation/benefits and talent teams - to ensure successful and aligned organization design, talent development, talent acquisition, and HR operations in the DM & Germany region.
Actively consult and provide solutions to the business, related to people, talent, culture and organizational matters
Develop and implement general employee experience strategies, policies, processes and programs across the business as we “Build The Company We Want to Work For”, and maximize team and individual potential
Partner with the business to identify, assess, select, reward and develop talent
Bring relevant and business impactful HR solutions to the business
Drive high quality levels in all HR operations, ensuring consistency and accuracy of processes, data and systems
Advise on and influence the nature of HR programs, processes, policies, and service delivery based on the business environment / strategy
Advise and bring best practices to the design and implementation of workforce and talent initiatives in conjunction with global HR colleagues and ensure alignment and support of business strategy and goals
Identify business needs, diagnose issues, and help lead organizational change initiatives
Involvement in global, multi-functional projects or task teams
Building relationships and partnering across the organization to achieve the company goals, and have a track record of execution within evolving, ambiguous environments

Excellent IT knowledge including Microsoft Office. Experience of Oracle Cloud/Hyperion is a plus.
Strong analytical modeling skills
At least 15 years of experience in broad-based HR roles, including several years in (HRBP) leadership roles, preferably gained in dynamic or rapidly growing companies
Experience in biotech/pharma and/or a passion for innovation driven organizations is a plus
Demonstrated experience and excellence in HR Business Partnership roles including - but not limited to – talent management, talent acquisition, benefits, compensation, performance management, employee relations, organizational development, leadership and culture
Experience working in a fast paced, high growth organization
Experience partnering with and accelerating cross-functional teams, fostering strong team dynamics, facilitation of teams and meetings, organizational design and coaching leaders is a plus
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent by experience
Fluency in English, additional languages will be a plus
30% travel required
