JOB SUMMARY:

The Client Service Specialist is responsible for maintaining the high-volume internal and external client service Outlook email inbox. The Client Service Specialist will be responsible for confirming receipt of inbound emails, triaging and determining proper escalation to Client Service Leadership, and tracking of outstanding deliverables. Job duties also include monitoring reports for trends and escalating concerns to management.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work as primary for confirming receipt of emails in high-volume inbox that serves both internal and external clients.
  • Track responses needed and deliverables that come from emails
  • Pre-emptive communication with internal staff and external clients regarding the status of requests that have been submitted but remain without determination
  • Monitor reports for process accuracy
  • Monitor and complete special projects
  • Maintain and update documentation for internal processes
  • Additional responsibilities as requested by management that would correlate with the growth of the company

Education/Experience Required: 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Highly Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Accurate keyboard skills
  • Demonstrated ability to present and communicate ideas clearly via email
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

The ability to perform work at a computer terminal for 6-8 hours a day and function in an environment with constant interruptions is required. Team Member may experience elevated levels of stress during periods of increased activity and with work entailing multiple deadlines.
