The Enterprise Sales Executive will drive sales of our cutting-edge AI-powered tool for K-12 teachers in large US urban school districts. This role requires a deep understanding of the educational technology landscape, curriculum trends, and the unique challenges faced by urban school districts. The specialist will build strong relationships with key decision-makers, including superintendents, curriculum directors, and technology leaders, to position our tool as an essential solution for enhancing teaching and learning outcomes.ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Develop expertise in our AI-powered instruction tool, its features, benefits, and competitive advantages in the K-12 market.
Utilize consultative selling techniques to identify district-wide pain points and demonstrate how our AI solution addresses them.
Craft and deliver compelling presentations to large urban school district leadership teams, highlighting the tool's impact on teacher efficiency, student engagement, and learning outcomes.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals with multi-million-dollar urban school districts.
Collaborate with the product team to provide market feedback and insights for continuous product improvement.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline information in the company's CRM system.
Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key district stakeholders to ensure our solution's successful implementation and expansion.
Stay informed about education policy, funding opportunities, and technology trends affecting large urban school districts.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
3-5+ years of experience selling educational technology solutions to K-12 school districts, preferably in urban markets
Strong relationships with school district decision-makers
History of attaining or exceeding quota selling $75K+ average package deals
Experience managing urban accounts > $2M
Annual Revenue Attainment >$1M
Pay Range:
68,000.00 - 102,000.00We offer a comprehensive benefits package that may include medical, dental, vision, 401k matching, and more!
