What You Will Get To Do:
Build Pipeline
- Understand our SS&C Skyline product offering, sales strategy and methodology
- Understand your specific market (residential, commercial, associations, rentable space, etc.)
- Establish trusting relationships with the key players at the prospect's company through proactive prospecting
- Understand the business challenges and goals that Skyline can improve for the prospect
- Sales and Business Development, identify and generate new business opportunities through cold outreach prospecting, networking, and inbound leads
- Create effective prospecting sequences and messaging that peaks the interest of your targeted management company
- Maintain a deep knowledge of Skyline products and services as well as industry trends
- Complete discovery calls to ensure alignment of current business issues
- Build value by demonstrating in the SS&C Skyline product and show how Skyline solves those business needs
- Accurately forecast opportunity closing dates and amount
- Be skilled in finding ways for Skyline to drive value for our customers
- Bring in other Skyline team members as needed to address product or service issues (Solution Engineers, Leadership, Support, Dev., etc.)
Grow Sales
- Ability to clearly articulate the value proposition of Skyline to prospects
- Complete discovery, demonstrate, confirm, negotiate, and close net new business
- Conduct product demonstrations to highlight the benefits of Skyline and ancillary services
- Track all sales related activities in SFDC
- Upsell additional products
Metrics: (Deliverables)
- Number of outbound calls and emails
- Build top of sales funnel with net new leads as a result of outbound prospecting
- Manage sales activities to build pipeline 3x of quota
- Number of discoveries and demonstrations completed
- Net new customers acquired
What You Will Bring:
- 2+ years SaaS of outside/growth Property Management Sales with a track record of exceeding quota targets
- Strong Sales Skills: Proven ability to drive new business, create effective outbound prospecting messaging and sequencing, manage client relationships, and exceed sales targets through consultative selling and personalized solutions.
- Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of the property management sector, including trends, challenges, and pain points, to tailor solutions that meet clients' needs effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to quickly grasp new software features and communicate their value to potential clients, ensuring they understand how the platform aligns with their business goals.
- Team Collaboration and Leadership: Strong communication and teamwork skills to foster collaboration across departments and ensure alignment with product development, marketing, and customer support teams to deliver the best customer experience.
