Position: Insurance Operations Manager
Job Type: Full-Time, Remote
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday
Compensation: $2,500-$3,000/month (salary based on assessment)

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Insurance Operations Manager to join our team. This role goes beyond traditional administrative tasks, requiring a strong understanding of the life insurance industry, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to foster relationships with agents and carriers. You will serve as a crucial liaison, ensuring seamless operations, timely support, and an outstanding agent experience.
Key Responsibilities
Recruiting & Onboarding
Assist in onboarding licensed agents, ensuring seamless contracting with insurance carriers.
Manage documentation to avoid channel conflicts with previous distributions.
Training Support
Help agents familiarize themselves with various carrier portals, products, and nuances in the insurance process.
Provide training on running life insurance and annuity illustrations, accessing forms, and navigating digital systems.
Case Management
Guide agents through their first few cases, ensuring quality applications and accurate submissions to carriers.
Serve as a liaison between agents and carriers, resolving outstanding requirements and ensuring efficient case management.
Operational Support
Answer inbound calls from agents, providing exceptional service and solutions.
Maintain precise records, follow up on time-sensitive tasks, and coordinate with carrier underwriting departments.
Digital Marketing Support (Preferred)
Assist in developing marketing funnels for agent recruitment and lead generation using tools like GoHighLevel (or similar platforms).
Help manage digital campaigns for recruiting agents and generating insurance leads for end clients.
Work with digital marketing databases and assist with managing campaigns until the administrative workload reaches its full capacity.
Contribute to the execution of major marketing campaigns planned for the next quarter.
Process Improvement
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the life insurance or financial services industry (e.g., underwriting, customer service, or similar roles).
Proven administrative expertise with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills (C1/C2 proficiency).
Familiarity with life insurance products, carrier portals, and industry terminology.
High energy, adaptability, and professionalism to handle a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
