The Regional Sales Manager-RV will identify, train, and grow the mid to high level producing RV dealerships nationally and continuously work to achieve origination and engagement targets. The RSM will carry out the company’s strategies by engaging the dealership via in store visits, phone campaigns, emails, and any other means of communication that will increase the dealership and territories overall expected performance. The RSM is to communicate market and dealer trends that have a direct impact on the company’s performance within the RV industry.

Compensation: The role described above offers a base salary of $63,000 to $90,000 + a bonus incentive. Your offer will be based on the alignment of your qualifications with the requirements of the job, location, and internal equity.
