Here’s a summary of the role:

At YouGov, we’re proud to have built a close-knit and exceptionally driven global talent team, united by a shared passion for attracting and hiring top talent. Now is your chance to join a team that thrives in a fast-paced environment, genuinely enjoys working together, and is dedicated to making a real impact.

We have an exciting opening for an experienced Talent Partner to help us deliver an ambitious graduate hiring target across our tech and non-tech divisions in APAC, EMEA, and the Americas.

In this role, you’ll bring creativity, determination, and a solutions-focused approach to drive the initiative forward. You’ll collaborate with hiring managers and global stakeholders to identify top candidates and deliver a streamlined, engaging recruitment experience.

Are you ready to step up, roll up your sleeves, and deliver incredible results within ambitious deadlines? If so, we’d love to hear from you!

Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll do (not all of it, just the important stuff):

  • END TO END RECRUITMENT: Own the full recruitment lifecycle for graduate roles from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer management, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
  • STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT & COLLABORATION: Partner closely with hiring teams and key stakeholders to align on job requirements, recruitment strategies, and ensure timely delivery across multiple regions.
  • CANDIDATE MANAGEMENT: Champion an outstanding candidate experience by ensuring transparency, maintaining regular communication and effectively managing expectations throughout the recruitment process.
  • DELIVERY FOCUS: Meet ambitious hiring targets, demonstrating strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to graduate recruitment.
  • DATA DRIVEN DECISION MAKING: Take a data-driven approach to identifying bottlenecks and process inefficiencies and proactively address challenges and adapt strategies to meet evolving recruitment needs and deliver the best outcomes.

These are the essentials you’ll need to get an interview:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition with exposure to graduate or early careers hiring across tech and non-tech functions.
  • Expertise in successfully managing high-volume recruitment projects across multiple geographies.
  • Familiarity with global recruitment practices with an ability to navigate diverse cultural and regulatory environments.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, adept at successfully influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional candidate experience at every single touchpoint.
