As a Unified Communications Specialist at Centorrino Technologies (CT), you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional technical support to our clients with a focus in this role on Unified Communications (UC) technology. This role will sit on our service desk team as an escalation point for all things Unified Communications and Audio Visual.

Requirements

What you'll do:

• Act as the primary escalation point of contact for UC-related service desk tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Provide troubleshooting and support for the AV team in hardware and software, digital signage,, interactive displays, video conferencing systems, microphones, and speakers.
• Monitor and maintain the health and performance of UC equipment across client environments.
• Perform regular updates, testing, and configuration of UC systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide training and guidance to end-users on the effective use of UC technologies, including video conferencing platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom). 
• Maintain a high standard of customer service when interacting with clients, ensuring a positive and professional experience. 

What you'll bring:

• Strong knowledge of UC systems, including projectors, video conferencing platforms (e.g., Teams, Zoom),
• interactive displays, sound systems, and UC control systems.
• Experience in supporting and maintaining vendor specific solutions such as Biamp, Crestron, Logitech, Poly, Samsung, Shure, Yealink amongst others.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve UC hardware and software issues efficiently with end users over the phone. 
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Previous experience in an UC support or IT service desk role.
