🌟 We’re Hiring: Marketing Manager
Hi Rasmus is seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and ensure a cohesive brand presence across all channels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment, is passionate about impactful content, and excels at collaborating with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals.

🛠️ Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Marketing & Product Positioning 
  • Develop and implement comprehensive B2B marketing strategies to attract and retain clinic administrators and therapy providers. 
  • Craft compelling product messaging that effectively communicates the value of Hi Rasmus’ SaaS platform.
  • Content Generation
    • Develop and manage a content calendar to produce engaging and high-value materials, including blogs, case studies, white papers, newsletters, and email campaigns.
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create content that resonates with our target audience of therapists and clinic administrators.
  • Social Media Growth and Engagement:
    • Develop and execute B2B social media strategies to grow our audience and foster engagement on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and beyond.
    • Monitor analytics to measure performance and refine strategies.
    • Stay up to date on social media trends to implement innovative approaches.
  • Booth/Conference Presence:
    • Plan and coordinate Hi Rasmus’ presence at industry conferences and events, including designing booth displays, managing logistics, and ensuring brand consistency.
    • Create promotional materials and campaigns to drive event attendance and booth traffic.
  • Website & Digital Marketing Optimization:
    • Manage and update the company website to ensure content accuracy, visual appeal, and user-friendly navigation.
    • Work with developers and designers to enhance site functionality and optimize for SEO.
    • Track website performance using analytics tools and recommend improvements to increase traffic and conversions.
    • Implement and oversee digital ad campaigns to generate leads.
  • Analytics & Budget Management
    • Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.
    • Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and maximize ROI.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Act as a brand steward, ensuring consistent visual identity, tone, and messaging across all teams and materials. Review and approve marketing collateral to align with brand guidelines.
    • Work closely with sales team to develop sales enablement materials such as one-pagers, presentations, and case studies to support the sales team in closing deals.
    • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to develop educational and promotional content that enhances the customer experience.

    Partner with leadership to support company-wide initiatives, including internal communications, product launches, and community-building efforts.

    Requirements

    • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, preferably in the healthcare or mental health industry.
    • Proven track record in content creation, social media management, and event marketing.
    • Strong writing and communication skills with attention to detail.
    • Experience with website management tools (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Hubspot, or equivalent).
    • Proficiency in social media platforms and tools, as well as graphic design software (e.g., Canva or Adobe Suite) is a plus.
    • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
