Are you a motivated communicator with a passion for the fitness industry and an eye for great business opportunities? We’re looking for an Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be the first point of contact for potential customers, ensuring they have a world-class experience from the start.

In this role, you’ll handle high-intent inbound leads, assess their needs, and determine if our solution is the right fit. If you have fitness industry experience, management experience, or a strong desire to launch a successful sales career, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

What You’ll Do:

βœ… Qualify inbound leads and identify potential business opportunities.
βœ… Engage prospective customers via phone, email, and web chat, answering questions and handling objections.
βœ… Create a top-tier first impression, ensuring prospects walk away with a great experience.
βœ… Work closely with Account Executives to pass along qualified sales opportunities.
βœ… Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and uncover new opportunities.
βœ… Become an expert in our product and the fitness industry to provide valuable insights.
βœ… Collaborate with Marketing & Sales to refine lead qualification and conversion strategies.

What You’ll Need:

βœ” Management experience in the fitness industry (gym/studio management or leadership preferred).
βœ” 0-1 years’ experience in software sales, marketing, or customer engagement.
βœ” Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
βœ” A self-starter attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset.
βœ” A passion for learning, growing, and succeeding in a fast-paced environment.
βœ” The ability to work in a high-energy, team-driven sales culture.
βœ” A strong interest in fitness, sales, and customer service.
