Join Meteomatics, a leading provider of high-resolution weather and climate data! We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative to help us develop our business in the USA / North America region.

As a SDR, your primary responsibility is to serve as the first point of contact for potential customers. You will be vital in supporting our sales teams using focused strategies to drive top-of-the-funnel activities to bring new business opportunities.

What you will do
  • You will be an essential part of our Commercial Team and manage the early sales cycle within your defined industry & regional territory.
  • Collaborate with your Sales counterparts to create a prospecting strategy to generate new business opportunities, qualifying leads by cold calling as well as nurture and qualify inbound leads.
  • Use various platforms like Hubspot, Gong, Linkedin, and Zoominfo to enhance data intelligence and engage with high-value prospects.
  • Accurately record and update data in our CRM system.
  • Build trusting relationships and present value-based solutions to potential customers and represent the company at exhibitions and events.

  • Bring energy and innovation, adding to the culture of our growing SDR team and developing your knowledge and competencies.

What We're Looking For:
  • You have completed your Bachelors / Masters Degree (e.g. business administration, economics, marketing, meteorology, ...)
  • You are highly communicative and love to talk to people. You have an agile mind and can adapt flexible to different customers and objections.
  • A proactive, self-motivated and resilient individual, who is eager to learn and wants to grow in tech sales.
  • You’re a team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English is essential; Spanish is a plus.
  • Highly desirable is prior experience in B2B SaaS Sales Development.
  • Nice-to-have: Interest or educational background in weather-related fields.
