The Enterprise Solutions Manager will be responsible for driving sales, business development and contract expansion by leveraging their deep expertise in government solutions and effectively communicating our solutions to prospective clients. They will manage an assigned list of existing enterprise size clients and driving growth within those assigned accounts while also capturing and prospecting to identify and acquire new enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in DevOps, as well as a demonstrated proficiency in secure government contract delivery and business development.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Developing strategic objectives for revenue growth within federal markets.
  • New business development focused on growing professional services sales and managed platform sales to large enterprise organizations.
  • Understand large enterprise company business models and priorities.
  • Utilize strategic consultative selling and negotiating practices to close large deals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with pertinent senior leaders in the public sector.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and deliver compelling sales presentations to educate
    potential clients on the value and benefits of our solutions.
  • Evaluate government RFI/RFP opportunities and submit bids, where competitive.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position our
    offerings.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and marketing collateral.
  • Create Statement of Works (SOWs) for Services Proposals.
  • Successfully qualify and close new logo business in the government segment.
  • Manage opportunities – allocate resources to qualified opportunities to provide advice and propose options. Manage the sales process through closing.
  • Prepare and communicate weekly sales forecasts.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required.

 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related discipline is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience driving sales, business development, and providing government solutions is required.
  • Comprehensive understanding of federal business processes, sales dynamics, customer relationship management, contract negotiation, DevSecOps principles is required.
  • Proficient in shaping and influencing strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with experience participating in industry-niche seminars.
  • Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle a variety of customer situations- i.e., demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy.
  • Must be able to recognize and recommend solutions to various challenges and technical situations.
  • Able to prioritize tasks and be responsive to clients and team members.

 

Key Position Details:

  • Travel is required:
  • Approximately 1-6 conferences and large engagements per year (estimated 2-4 days per).

 

The salary range is between $100,000 - $120,000 (Salary to be determined by candidate’s education, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data).
