Your role in our mission
- Respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Ability to work cross functionally and collaborate with other departments.
- Participate in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs.
- Support performance management processes and employee development efforts.
- Provide support for employee engagement initiatives.
- Contribute to a positive workplace culture by promoting company values and initiatives.
- Other duties as assigned by leadership.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
- 2-5 years of HR experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with SAP/SuccessFactors and familiarity with ADP.
What you should expect in this role
- This is a full-time permanent regular salaried (W-2) employee position.
- Monday through Friday work schedule (40 hours per week).

- For all hybrid and remote positions employees' Broadband Internet connections, should have a minimum speed of 24MBS download and 8 MBS upload. Greater speeds will of course provide better performance.
- Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation if hired.

The pay range for this position is $70,000 - $75,000 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
