What You’ll Do

• Email Marketing: Develop, execute, and optimize email campaigns, nurture sequences, and customer journeys using HubSpot CRM.
• HubSpot Management: Maintain and enhance our marketing automation platform while integrating additional tools to improve capabilities.
• Analytics & Optimization: Analyze campaign metrics, report performance, and recommend strategies to enhance ROI.
• Lead Management: Manage lead scoring, nurturing, and lifecycle stages while ensuring data accuracy.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of trends, implement A/B tests, and refine processes for optimal results.

• Expertise in HubSpot CRM and marketing automation.
• Strong understanding of data management and analytics.
• Problem-solver who can think critically and work independently.
• Proven ability to create and optimize automated marketing workflows.
• A Windows 11 computer is required (Macs are not compatible).

Qualifications

Job Qualifications

• Education: College degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-4 years of professional experience in marketing automation.
• Technical Skills:
  • Expert-level proficiency in HubSpot CRM and its marketing automation modules.
  • Strong knowledge of database management concepts, data hygiene, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience with end-to-end marketing automation processes, including campaign setup, execution, and performance tracking.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and project management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to interpret data for strategic decisions.
• Technical Requirements: This is a fully remote role and we do not provide equipment.
