As Portfolio Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for a portfolio of projects and will be supporting revenue to grow customers. As a PFM your responsibility will be to ensure that all projects are delivered successfully, that customers get value from our products and as such support customer growth. Furthermore, you will be responsible for ensuring customer expectations and project objectives are met, while also ensuring that the portfolio is aligned with the organisation's strategic objectives. This will include delivering on project P&L (time and cost), delivering on milestones and requirements, secure project adoption, handling project escalations, ensuring customer satisfaction, implementing synergies and improvements across the portfolio, and prioritizing between projects if needed (resources, activities).
The Portfolio Managers will work closely with regional/vertical sales leaders to develop strategy for expansion, partner strategy and use of India Global Capability Center to execute projects. The role will include supporting sales in customer dialogues, traveling to customers, ensuring quality in scope of work.
ResponsibilitiesThe Portfolio Manager is responsible for the following, but not limited to:Business development for successful customers
Review SOW and ensure quality Support sales in upsell, LAND to EXPAND and EXPAND to SCALE targets Participate and support value workshop discussions Support up to 5 accounts in pre-sales Customer adoption Service Delivery
Handle 5-10 active projects; delivered on budget and success criteria, P&L Travelling to customers Handle Escalations and Investment request Ensure compliance to project delivery playbook Collaboration w/Global staffing on project staffing including use of GCC and partnersPeople Management of Project Managers
People management for 3-5 PMsEmployee engagement survey - results and actions Performance assessment, development and growthGoals and direction Strategy/Tactic Cognite Initiatives

Key skills and experiences include:A minimum of 12+ years of relevant work experience; project management, leadership and understanding software. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve excellence.Senior stakeholder management: Regional leads, and strategic partners to drive alignment and resolve escalations. Become comfortable in engaging with C-level executives.
