Who We're Looking For:
EmpiRx Health is experiencing unprecedented growth, and we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr Director, Product Management reporting to Chief Product Officer.
In this critical role, you will be instrumental in building and executing a roadmap of solutions that add value to clients. You will work cross-functionally to understand market needs and collaborate with engineering on resource prioritization and execution. You will work to ensure that EmpiRx manages the full product lifecycle from concept through launch and collaborate with the commercial organization to ensure that value of solutions is recognized.
What You'll Do:
As Sr Director, Product Management, your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities; including, but not limited to:
  • Manage a team of product managers, supporting each in their roles of planning, delivering, and launching new functionality.
  • Support the CPO in annual planning, including investments.
  • Expand product metrics and develop quarterly reporting and readouts to the organization.
  • Oversee new product introductions and collaborate with sales and marketing on commercial launches.
  • Support the sales and client organizations to expand product footprint with new and existing clients.
  • Ensure full cross-functional readiness for product enhancements and new product introductions.
  • Create strong relationships with internal functions and clients to ensure product roadmaps reflect feedback.

What You Need:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience leading product teams
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Familiarity with pharmacy, health insurance, claims processing, patient assistance and copay assistance programs preferred
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Excellent people management and development skills
  • Strong time management and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrate critical thinking and time-management skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a start-up environment
  • Experience with agile and scrum frameworks
