Your Responsibilities

As a Remote Enrollment Agent, you will:

Engage with clients remotely to understand their insurance needs and recommend tailored solutions.
Guide clients through the enrollment process, offering expert advice and personalized assistance.
Address client inquiries with professionalism and care.
Collaborate with team members to streamline and optimize enrollment processes.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and enrollment activities.

What You’ll Bring

Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
A self-driven, independent work ethic with effective time management skills.
Customer service or sales experience is preferred but not required.
Proficiency with computer systems, software, and virtual communication tools.
Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Requirements

A Windows laptop/PC with reliable internet access and a working camera.
U.S. citizenship or legal authorization to work in the United States.
