Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Google & YouTube Advertising Strategist to lead and optimize our digital advertising campaigns. This role requires deep expertise in Google Ads, YouTube advertising, keyword research, and conversion optimization. The ideal candidate will have a strong strategic mindset, experience with affiliate marketing, and a proven track record of managing high-performing ad campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble and organize campaign assets and set up campaigns in Google Ads.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research to optimize targeting and improve ad relevance.
  • Meta would just be setting up the ads and sending feedback to work on strategy. 
  • Create and manage Google Ads campaigns, including ad copywriting, creative asset development, and budget allocation.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and make data-driven optimizations to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align Google Ads campaigns with broader marketing objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and Google algorithm changes to refine strategies.
  • Develop and implement advertising strategies on other platforms such as Facebook and Twitter.
  • Utilize conversion optimization techniques to enhance ad performance and increase conversions.
  • Leverage web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.) to track campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
Key Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in Google Ads, YouTube advertising, and digital marketing strategy.
  • Proven experience running successful affiliate marketing campaigns on Google Ads.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and YouTube Studio.
  • A strong portfolio or case studies showcasing successful Google Ads campaigns.
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices for integrating SEO with Google Ads campaigns.
  • Familiarity with Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
  • Strong communication skills to report performance insights and strategic recommendations.
