We are looking for an Interior Documentation Drafter to produce detailed drafting and documentation for commercial and residential interior projects. This role involves preparing technical drawings, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and collaborating with design teams. The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in REVIT and experience in interior documentation.
Develop detailed interior documentation and technical drawings for commercial and residential projects.
Utilize REVIT to create and modify interior layouts, elevations, and construction details.
Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Work closely with interior designers, architects, and consultants to refine project documentation.
Prepare schedules, specifications, and materials documentation for construction and fit-outs.
Review and verify drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with design intent.
Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and project documentation.
Assist in preparing documents for permit approvals and construction coordination.
Requirements
Requirements/Skills needed:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Drafting, or a related field is preferred.
5+ years of experience in interior documentation for commercial and residential projects.
Proficiency in REVIT for drafting and technical documentation.
Strong understanding of construction detailing, materials, and interior finishes.
Familiarity with building codes and industry standards related to interior design.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently.

Work Schedule: 9:00AM to 6:00PM (AEST) | 6:00AM to 3:00PM (PH)
