What You’ll Do

Design, build, and maintain Platform as a Service (PaaS) solutions, such as Kubernetes and Nomad, to support the next-generation Runtime for Data and Product Engineering.
Troubleshoot complex issues related to runtime environments, ensuring system stability and performance.
Lead and coordinate team efforts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
Ensure observability and alerting best practices using tools like Grafana, Prometheus, and Kibana.
Manage infrastructure as code using AWS and Terraform.
Contribute to a culture of shared ownership and accountability within the team.

What We’re Looking For

Extensive experience in designing and running Platform as a Service solutions (Kubernetes, Nomad, etc.).
Strong knowledge of runtime environments and troubleshooting techniques.
Hands-on experience with AWS, Terraform, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Proficiency in observability and monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Kibana).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to engage and guide a team.
Proficiency in Python, Go, REST APIs, and GitHub Actions.
Ability to work autonomously and drive initiatives forward.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
