Job Overview:
Exostar is looking for a passionate, innovative, and experienced Enterprise Agile Coach to drive Agile transformation across the organization. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Lean, and will be responsible for coaching teams, leaders, and executives to foster a culture of agility, collaboration, and continuous improvement. This role requires a strategic mindset and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.

- Agile Transformation Leadership: Lead and drive enterprise-wide Agile adoption, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Coaching & Mentoring: Provide hands-on coaching to teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leadership to improve Agile maturity.
- Framework Implementation: Guide the adoption of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Lean, tailoring them to organizational needs.
- Change Management: Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and adaptability, helping teams transition to Agile mindsets and behaviors.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leadership, product management, and engineering teams to create and sustain Agile best practices.
- Facilitation: Conduct Agile workshops, training sessions, and mentoring programs for teams and leadership.
- Performance Metrics: Define, track, and report Agile adoption metrics to measure success and areas for improvement.
- Conflict Resolution: Address challenges and remove organizational impediments to Agile success.
- Scaling Agile: Help scale Agile principles across teams and departments, ensuring effective collaboration in large, complex environments.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements that optimize Agile delivery, efficiency, and value creation.
Basic Qualifications:
You meet our “must haves” for this role if you have:
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Agile coaching, transformation, and leadership roles.
- Agile Expertise: Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Lean.
- Leadership & Influence: Proven ability to coach and mentor at all levels of the organization, from teams to executives.
- Strong Facilitation Skills: Ability to conduct Agile workshops, training, and interactive coaching sessions.
- Problem-Solving: Strong conflict resolution and decision-making skills in complex Agile environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate Agile concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Certifications: SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), ICAgile Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC), or similar Agile certifications preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred.
