The Client Success (CS) team is responsible for supporting clients purchasing nursing solutions with product training, implementation, integration, and test preparation delivery to achieve client centric outcomes.  The CS team leads the success planning, onboarding, training, SaaS implementation, ongoing proactive and reactive client support, and the delivery of nursing products for Ascend’s nursing brands: ATI, APEA, and NursingCE.  The team is accountable for delivering high quality services and subsequently capturing and tracking key business performance indicators to client success including, client satisfaction, product adoption and usage, NCLEX pass rate, and institutional and student retention. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Nurse Practitioner, Integration Specialist Nurse Educator (NP-ISNE) you’ll support clients with integration of APEA products in the classroom, clinical, and lab setting. You’ll contribute to KPIs through achieving client outcomes, satisfaction, renewals and retention.

This is a remote opportunity; with expectations that you’ll live within the assigned territory. 

HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME

  • Support clients across the customer lifecycle through data-informed onboarding, integration, and service and recommend strategies to enhance program and students
  • Lead on-going data driven client assessments to ensure product value is recognized
  • Create and deliver compelling NP content, including presentations, policies, data reviews and expert services aligned with industry’s best practices
  • Build and maintain quality relations with clients and internal teams to retain and expand business, generate new business opportunities
  • Lead informative webinars on product offerings and market trends
  • Lead training and mentor new full and part-time NP ISNEs to ensure client support and satisfaction
  • Champion Nursing solutions in engaging live webinars, contribute to expertise in NP industry discussions, aid in the development of APEA NP Review Course and related NP resources as well as Clinical Update product experience for clients

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Master’s degree in nursing, with a current RN license in good standing, doctorate degree preferred
  • NP certification (ANCC or AANP)
  • 6+ years of experience in graduate nursing academia or advanced nursing practice industry
    • 2+ years of experience in graduate nursing curriculum with achieving nursing program outcomes
    • 2+ years of experience with NP treatment of chronic illness and prescribing
    • 2+ years of experience presenting content at conferences and as an educator teaching in live and online NP programs
    • 1+ year experience with using supplemental resources to achieve advanced nursing certification requirements
  • Proficient in current knowledge of issues and trends in NP nursing practice and nursing education, APEA products, graduate curriculum and accreditation and Nursing program outcomes
  • Ability to productively work independently from a remote setting
  • High-level presentation skills and comfort with public speaking
  • Proficient in summarizing information and providing detailed instruction
  • Ability to incorporate principles of adult learning
  • Organize multiple tasks, succeed in a competitive environment
  • Collaborate with a variety of individuals to deliver quality services, promote client satisfaction, and secure new business
  • Manage client relationships with a high level of accountability to team and clients
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
  • Flexible and highly adaptable to a non-traditional role of nurse educator in the business environment
  • Technologically proficient in platforms including Gainsight, D365, PowerPoint, Zoom, MS Word, MS Excel Requires up to 50% travel
  • Up to 50% of travel expected
