Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Drive account evolution by leading and implementing business initiatives and supporting new account onboarding.
• Manage a team that specializes in delivery confirmation and other responsibilities, and ensure activity is completed accurately and timely in order to meet service level expectations. 
• Analyzes data and make business interpretations to improve process, drive decisions and identify needs and opportunities for the Secondary line of business.
• Demonstrates the ability to provide insightful recommendations and strategy in order to assist in meeting business and revenue goals.
• Leading account pilots and provide insightful feedback and recommendations for full roll-out expansion.
• Research servicing activity for both Secondary and ERS programs and completing root cause analysis to identify opportunities directly related to the situation and overall trending.  
• Continuous performance results monitoring, and trend analysis aimed a identifying program servicing gaps.
• Partner directly with other areas of the business on program overall performance and improvements  
• Completing multiple projects aimed at improving organizational performance/efficiencies.

Functional Skills

• Advanced relationship skills with the ability to communicate proactively and consistently with multiple business areas at all levels across the enterprise.
• Ability to develop & deliver data and analytics through effective storytelling, effective presentations and demonstrate consultative facilitation and presentation skills.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills with the ability to inform and influence upward, across functions and externally.
• Ability to complete multiple projects at aimed at improving organizational performance and efficiencies.
• Assist in real time Assistance Center needs.
• Create, implement and train materials as necessary.
• Strong analytical and data management skills
• Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment, and intermediate Excel skills

Must Have: ​Secondary experience
