What You Bring to Cambia:
Qualifications and Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in related field or product management certification
3+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on digital product development or fulfillment processes
Skills and Attributes (Not limited to):
Proven track record of delivering successful digital products and processes that meet customer needs.
Strong understanding of digital fulfillment processes and technologies, including e-signatures, digital documents, and workflow automation.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
Analytical and quantitative skills, ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases. Ability to clearly communicate these data insights to others through written and other forms of documentation.
Bachelor's degree in related field or product management certification.
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with agile development methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.
Experience with product management tools, including JIRA, Confluence, or Mural.
What You Will Do at Cambia (Not limited to):
Product Vision and Strategy:
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, efficiency initiatives, composable architecture strategy, market trends, and competitor activity in digital fulfillment.
Define and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for digital fulfillment, aligned with company goals and objectives while acknowledging dependencies.
Actively seek opportunities to leverage internal improvement initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize product features and processes.
Product Development:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and operations, to design, build, and launch digital fulfillment solutions and processes which will be an integral component of cross business fulfillment functionality.
Develop and maintain product roadmaps, backlogs, and requirements documents.
Ensure that products and processes meet customer needs, are scalable, delivered in a predictable cadence, and align with company standards.
Anticipates bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.
Manage a product life-cycle from ideation to cross-company go-to-market delivery.
Define, develop, and evangelize standard processes supporting digital experiences and cross-company operational efficiencies.
Business Case Development:
Use internal and external data to drive the business cases to support investment in digital fulfillment solutions, including cost-benefit analysis, ROI calculations, and customer impact assessments.
Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize resources for product and process development.
Stakeholder Management:
Use product expertise to confidently communicate product plans, progress, and results to stakeholders, including executives, customers, and team members.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors to evangelize product value.
Metrics and Analysis:
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product and process success, including customer adoption, savings, satisfaction, and retention.
Analyze data and customer feedback to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
The expected hiring range for The Product Manager II is $110.5k–$149.5k, depending on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; performance history; and work location. The bonus target for this position is 15%. The current full salary range for this position is $104k Low/ $130k MRP / $169k High
