Key Responsibilities

• Accurately transcribe audio from depositions, hearings, and other judicial proceedings into verbatim transcripts.
• Ensure compliance with established style guides and client-specific requirements.
• Maintain an exceptional level of accuracy and attention to detail throughout the transcription process.
• Collaborate with team members remotely to address any questions or challenges as they arise.
  
  

Required Skills

• Demonstrated experience in court reporting, scoping, or legal transcription.
• Excellent listening abilities with a strong command of grammar and legal terminology.
• Proven capability to meet deadlines while adhering to specific style guidelines.
• High proficiency in typing, both in speed and accuracy.
• Ability to process sensitive audio/text content (may include challenging material).
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Familiarity with legal terminology is essential.
• Current students in court reporting programs are welcome to apply.
