Key Responsibilities

Transcribe audio recordings of depositions, hearings, and various judicial proceedings with precision.
Produce verbatim transcripts in adherence to established style guides.
Collaborate with our supportive in-office team to ensure accuracy and quality in your work.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail in discerning and documenting legal terminology.

Required Skills

Proven experience in court reporting, scoping, or legal transcription is essential.
Exceptional listening skills and adherence to deadlines.
Outstanding literacy skills, encompassing comprehension, spelling, and grammar.
Strong typing proficiency, both in speed and accuracy.
Ability to process sensitive audio/text content (may contain offensive material).
Familiarity with legal terminology is a must.
Capability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.

Qualifications

Significant experience in legal transcription or a related field.
Court reporting students will also be considered for this position.
Note: This opportunity is unavailable to residents of Massachusetts or California.
