The starting salary that Lucet reasonably expects to pay for this position ranges from $50,000 - $60,000 annually, PLUS an annual performance-based, discretionary . Compensation is dependent on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to an applicant's skills, education/degrees, certifications, prior experience, market data, and other relevant factors.

What You Will Do - Essential Functions
The Provider Engagement Specialist is responsible for developing provider networks, researching network provider needs, and supporting case specific initiatives. This position supports special initiatives and is the primary point of contact for provider issue resolution.
Provider Relationship Management: Responsible for being the primary point of contact for provider issue resolution, with a particular focus on claims-related concerns.
Provider Data Management: Research and work through escalated identified provider data issues.
Provider Training and Education: Develop and deliver provider orientation training to include curriculum development and maintenance, provider manual support, provider engagement, and conducting training through various forums including face-to-face and web-based.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal and plan-based functional areas such as Clinical and Quality in order to coordinate team activities, schedule meetings with providers, identify and achieve milestones, and track progress.
Who You Are
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent and 5 years of experience in health care environment, with understanding of provider contracting and claims
3+ years working in a professional, corporate, or healthcare office environment with experience performing claims research, negotiating contracts, supporting billing practices, etc.
Proficient in computer software such as Word and Excel
Excellent demonstrated verbal and written communication skills both with internal and external teams
Proficiency in the use of MS Office Suite and scheduling tools
Must be flexible and able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Focused and detail oriented
Must be available for occasional travel

Working Conditions:
Work is performed from home with company-provided equipment. Sitting for long periods of time is expected and use of fingers and hands for typing is necessary.
A quiet workspace with minimal background noise for calls.
High-speed internet service (cable or fiber optic) with minimum download Speed of 20 Mbps, Upload Speed of 5 Mbps, and Maximum Latency of 100 milliseconds (must be installed before starting).
