Introduction & Summary:

emagine is actively seeking a skilled Ivanti Engineer to enhance our operational delivery of the Ivanti Endpoint Management Suite and its associated services. This critical role demands a consultant with deep technical knowledge and strong problem-solving abilities, who can provide not only ongoing operational support but also contribute to strategic projects. Main Responsibilities:

The Ivanti Engineer will be integral to the availability and support of the Ivanti services, ensuring seamless operation and communication.

Manage the availability of the Ivanti Endpoint Management Suite and associated services.
Develop, implement, and communicate the associated Plan, Build, Check, and Run activities.
Investigate and remediate security vulnerabilities within agreed timelines.
Ensure support calls are within SLA, leveraging KPIs for performance monitoring.
Maintain high security standards across all End User Platforms.
Assist in maturing packaging and delivery strategies.
Support process and policy definition for end-user devices.
Contribute to the infrastructure services roadmaps.
Escalate issues as necessary to management for resolution.

Key Requirements:

Enterprise-level experience with Ivanti Endpoint Management Suite.
Familiarity with Windows 7 & 10 installation and maintenance.
Experience in PowerShell and VB scripting.
Knowledge of Microsoft AppV and installation technologies.
Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
Experience with ITIL framework, change, and release management.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Ability to perform well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Proactive and motivating team approach.

Nice to Have:

Knowledge of the following technology pillars related to the Ivanti Product Set would be advantageous:

Endpoint Security.
Unified Endpoint Management.
IT Asset Management.
