Compensation Range: $25 - 30 per hour

We are seeking a skilled Freelance Digital Production Designer to support the e-commerce team at one of our leading retail clients. Here you will assist in creating and managing high-quality digital assets for platforms on 3rd party sites. This is a fast-paced role that requires quick turnarounds, attention to detail, and the ability to follow established templates and brand guidelines. This will be project based work and will support the creative team with digital production based projects.

Responsibilities:

Asset Creation: Design and produce digital assets for e-commerce platforms, including product detail pages, Google ads, banners, and other promotional materials.
Repetitive Production Tasks: Handle high-volume tasks such as resizing images, creating templated ads, and updating existing content according to specific guidelines.
Attention to Detail: Ensure that all digital assets meet the required specifications for various retail platforms (e.g., image dimensions, file formats, etc.).
Collaboration: Work closely with the in-house design team and freelance production artists to support the ongoing needs of the business.
Efficiency: Complete tasks with a high degree of efficiency, meeting deadlines and following instructions with minimal oversight.

Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience in digital production work, ideally with high-volume and quick-turnaround projects.
Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
E-commerce Knowledge: Familiarity with digital asset requirements for e-commerce platforms including image specifications and file formats.
Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and consistency, ensuring that assets adhere to brand guidelines and template structures.
Speed and Efficiency: Ability to work remotely, quickly produce assets, and handle repetitive tasks effectively.
Communication: Ability to work independently, taking direction well and requiring minimal explanation for tasks.

Ideal candidates will be able to turn around assignments within a few days and can handle a fast-paced, production-focused environment.
