As a planner on our Software Asset Management team, you'll utilize your systems engineering background and play an essential role on an enterprise process and data team concentrating on technology roadmaps, enterprise architecture alignment, project support and advancement of the Enterprise Software Asset Management field. In this role, you'll work across the entire enterprise, partnering with software owners, technical support subject matter experts, IT Control and external vendors to ensure our technology stack and underlying data support business needs. You'll also collaborate with your peers to define, roadmap and implement our software asset management strategy and architecture while identifying and implementing AI and other automation capabilities to improve organization efficiency.

This is a remote position for US-based work only.

Must-have Qualifications

Associate degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline, Math or other related field of study and a minimum of six years working with operating system hardware and/or software components in a large IT environment with many categories of devices, infrastructures, and operating systems
In lieu of a degree, a minimum of eight years related experience working with operating system hardware and/or software components in a large IT environment with many categories of devices, infrastructures and operating systems may be accepted

Preferred Skills

Planning experience with road mapping and implementing software asset management (SAM) strategy and architecture
Experience with FlexeraOne or equivalent SAM tool and knowledge of HELIX catalog management
Proficiency in SAM lifecycle, process standards and development, industry standards, and best practice expertise; strong understanding of software installation behaviors, software usage, and software discovery methodologies
Experience with AI/automation, data manipulation, API/systems integration, data analysis and reporting with an emphasis on analyzing complex datasets across multiple disparate systems
Proven experience influencing and guiding peers and business partners including presenting at all levels of the organization; also, vendor relationship management experience

Compensation

$110,000 - $155,000/year depending on position level and experience
Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 40% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
