As a data analyst within our Portfolio Management & Reinsurance Team, you'll partner with leadership across the Homeowners Product Management Organization to evaluate and lead risk effectively. In this role, you'll analyze exposure trends and portfolio performance to identify areas of risk and opportunity, providing strategic recommendations that directly impact our portfolio optimization and weather-related loss mitigation. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with product managers, Catastrophe Peril teams, and other stakeholders to enhance weather-related loss performance, support exposure forecasting, and strengthen financial resilience. You'll also develop tools to improve decision-making, track risk management efforts, and conduct ad hoc analysis to provide key insights to leadership.

Must-have Qualifications

A minimum of six years of analytical work experience.
{OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience.
{OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three year analytical work experience.

Preferred Skills

Strong analytical skills with the ability to work through ambiguity and find solutions.
Experience with data manipulation using tools such as SQL, R, PowerBI or Tableau.
Communication skills to guide, influence, and collaborate across the organization.
Proactive problem-solving mindset—able to connect insights to action.

Compensation

$79,200 - $127,700 / year depending on position level and experience
Gainshare annual cash incentive program up to 30% of your eligible earnings, based on company performance.
