Job Description:

DDN is seeking a GTM Program Manager to oversee and coordinate all Revenue Operations projects while tracking and managing cross-functional go-to-market initiatives. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects stay on track, stakeholders are aligned, and business objectives are met. The GTM Program Manager will work closely with sales, marketing, finance, product, and other operational teams to drive execution and accountability.

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Manage all Revenue Operations projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with company priorities.
  • Track, coordinate, and report on all cross-functional go-to-market projects across sales, marketing, customer success, and finance.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans in Jira, Salesforce, and Excel.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and key milestones.
  • Monitor project risks and dependencies, proactively identifying and addressing potential blockers.
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment and smooth execution of GTM initiatives.
  • Provide regular project updates and status reports to leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and next steps.
  • Establish and enforce best practices for project management and cross-team collaboration.
  • Continuously improve project tracking methodologies and tools to enhance efficiency and transparency.

 

Requirements 

  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably within go-to-market or revenue operations functions.
  • Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and revenue operations processes.
  • Hands-on experience managing projects in Jira, Salesforce, and Excel.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to track multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and ensure project accountability.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • West Coast location preferred, but open to remote candidates with a strong fit.
