About the Opportunity:

Joining the ABC team as a Recruiting Coordinator offers a unique, fun, and challenging opportunity. This role works with a small team that makes a big difference by recruiting Process Servers to deliver legal documents in their area. Our recruiting team sources top candidates from across the nation, conducts interviews, and facilitates the onboarding process. We are looking for someone who thrives within a fast-paced, metrics driven environment. If you love a good challenge and energize others with your enthusiasm to succeed in the goals of the team, we want to hear from you!

  • If you don’t know the industry, you learn it fast so you can hit the ground running
  • Your focus is on improving the candidate experience and sharing what you learn
  • You don’t shy away from technology and what it has to offer
  • You try new things, learn from what doesn’t work, and capitalize on those that do

Qualifications:

  • 1 year recruiting experience; High-volume recruiting and sourcing experience a plus
  • Experience interviewing and onboarding in fast-paced environment a plus
  • Leadership experience and/or the desire to grow experience as a recruiting leader a plus
  • Motivated to set and meet goals, and ability to implement strategic plans to achieve them
  • Desire to collaborate with a small team of recruiters, and ability to be an effective communicator to provide support and ask questions when needed
  • Embody a collaborative team spirit; share credit for successes, and when you make a mistake, you are quick to own it, deal with, and learn from it
  • Technical Skills - Advanced Microsoft Suite, Data analysis, Systems integration (experience with an Applicant Tracking System a plus)
