Who Are We

AlGooru is a Saudi-based learning platform that offers 1-on-1 private tutoring services in a variety of academic and recreational subjects. It is the first licensed private tutoring platform in Saudi Arabia, approved by the National e-Learning Center (NELC). The Role Highlights

Main Responsibilities:

Develop, optimize, and deploy AI/ML models to enhance automation and decision-making processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products and services.
Ensure the scalability, efficiency, and ethical use of AI technologies within the organization.

A Day In Your Life:

Design, train, and fine-tune AI/ML models for various applications.
Implement and optimize deep learning and machine learning algorithms.
Work with data engineers to preprocess and structure large datasets.
Deploy and monitor AI models in production environments.
Research and stay updated on AI trends, tools, and frameworks.
Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI into applications.
Identify and resolve AI-related challenges, including bias and performance issues.
Document models, experiments, and results for future reference.

Requirements

You’re the AI Engineer we’re looking for if you have:

Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
Experience in model training, evaluation, and optimization
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistics
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for AI deployment
Ability to work with large-scale datasets and optimize performance
Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
Effective communication and teamwork abilities
