We are looking for a dynamic Partner Marketing Analyst to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives that strengthen relationships with our partners, drive engagement, and enhance collaboration. Your efforts will directly impact partner satisfaction and loyalty by creating meaningful connections and delivering valuable marketing support. This role involves close collaboration with various teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Product Marketing, to ensure alignment with partner engagement goals. And you can work remotely from anywhere in the world!

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement partner engagement initiatives to foster strong relationships, enhance collaboration, and drive business growth.
Support the execution of co-marketing campaigns with partners, including email marketing, webinars, co-branded content, events (virtual and in-person), and other initiatives.
Collaborate with Partner Sales and Success Managers teams to gather insights and ensure marketing efforts align with partner needs and business objectives.
Assist in the creation of marketing collateral, such as newsletters, case studies, and educational materials, to showcase the value of partnerships and product benefits.
Coordinate partner communications to ensure they are informed about product updates, new opportunities, and value-added services.
Efficiently manage marketing budgets to optimize partner-related initiatives.
Analyze and report on the success of partner marketing initiatives, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Oversee the promotion and management of rewards programs for partners

Requirements

Indispensable Requirements:

1+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or a similar role;
Advanced/Fluent English (written and spoken) to communicate effectively with international partners;
Excellent project management and organizational skills;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Experience with CRM/PRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar);
Analytical mindset with the ability to measure campaign performance and extract actionable insights.

Additional Qualifications:

Experience in organizing partner-related events (internships, volunteer work, or personal projects considered);
Previous experience with B2B and the tech industry;
Middle-advanced Spanish;
Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and partner engagement best practices.
