Role:  Global Mid Market Marketing Lead

Location:  London - This position is required to travel to the London office once a week.

Role mission:  

As the Mid-Market Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive global marketing strategy to drive the growth and success of our mid-market segment. Your mission is to generate demand, increase pipeline growth, and drive customer engagement through multi-channel marketing campaigns, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), and sales-aligned initiatives. By developing compelling content, curating thought-leadership events, and leveraging performance analytics, you will ensure optimal customer engagement and retention while maximizing ROI. You will work closely with sales and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, consistency, and effectiveness in all marketing efforts aimed at mid-market audiences.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement a global marketing strategy to drive mid-market customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • SME: Build deep domain expertise around our products, competitors and sectors
  • Brand Awareness: Build brand awareness of CUBE's mid-market capabilities, credentials and USPs.
  • Demand Generation: Create multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and drive pipeline growth.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Design and execute ABM programs tailored for mid-market accounts.
  • Sales Alignment: Partner with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales objectives, ensuring seamless demand generation and effective sales enablement.
  • Content Development: Create tailored marketing materials, case studies, white papers, and sales enablement resources for the mid-market audience.
  • Webinars & Events: Plan and execute mid-market-focused webinars and in-person conferences to drive engagement and thought leadership.
  • Analytics & Optimisation: Track performance and analyse key metrics to assess effectiveness, inform future strategies, and maximise ROI.

 

What we’re looking for: 

  • Experience working within a B2B SaaS business (with a customer base of the financial services industry being a huge bonus!)
  • A marketing generalist, and someone who is proud of it and understands the power of Brand when it comes to Demand Generation.
  • Proven experience launching a new mid market product OR proven experience launching a mid market product into a new geography
  • The ability to thrive in a scale-up environment - strategic and reactive, hands on, wearer of multiple hats, independent with a team ethic.
