As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled Web Developer to own and manage multiple websites, ensuring top-tier performance, security, and user experience. You will be at the forefront of our digital presence, working with WordPress, Elementor, dedicated server administration, and advanced Cloudflare configuration and optimization practices.

This position is available to candidates located within the United States only.

Requirements

Expert-level proficiency in WordPress, including custom theme development, plugin management, and troubleshooting.
Advanced skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end performance optimization.
Demonstrated expertise building pages with Elementor and tailoring templates to brand guidelines.
Strong experience managing and maintaining dedicated webservers (Plesk or similar).
In-depth understanding of Cloudflare configuration and performance optimization, including CDN services and caching.
A solid grasp of UX principles, site architecture, and design best practices.
Proven ability to implement event tracking and utilize A/B testing tools.
Excellent communication skills and a desire to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Own and maintain multiple company websites, ensuring both reliability and security.
Leverage Elementor to create high-quality, responsive, and visually appealing web pages.
Expertly manage dedicated servers and administer websites using Plesk.
Configure and optimize Cloudflare services to improve performance and speed:

Implement conversion optimization strategies by refining site architecture, user experience (UX), and design.
Set up and maintain event tracking (e.g., Google Analytics, Tag Manager) to measure goals and KPIs.
Utilize A/B testing to gather insights and continuously improve user journeys.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new techniques, and emerging web technologies.

Pay: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
